Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Candidate must be from Travel Agency or Travel Company Back Ground
• Need to to operate Info Zeal / Win Yatra or any other travel Software
• Control on the day to day payout verification.
• Knowledge of Domestic & International Destination
• Air & land vendor cost verification with cost sheet and billing.
• Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable & Billing
• Good Communication & Writing Skills.
• Handling Outward/Inward Remittance for International Tour Packages, Hotel bookings, Car Rental, Sightseeing
• Aggressive email and phone follow-up with the client
• Account reconciliation of Corporate Clients
• Preparing the Foreign Remittance
• Air & land vendor cost verification with cost sheet and billing.
• Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable & Billing
• Handling Outward/Inward Remittance for International Tour Packages, Hotel bookings, Car Rental, Sightseeing
• Aggressive email and phone follow-up with the Vendor & Client
• Preparing the Foreign Remittance
• Closing all the files before the departure date.
• Analyse business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
• Provide internal and external auditing services for businesses and individuals.
• Knowledge of GST Submission and return
• Knowledge of TDS Submission and return

• The candidate need to be graduate
• Should have at least 5+years of experience
• Should have experience with international & domestic Executive with 5 Years of working with Travel Agency.
• Should be able to operate the Travel Software
• Should know how to work with Mis , Excel and power point.
• Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable & Billing
• Good Communication & Writing Skills.
• Handling Outward/Inward Remittance for International Tour Packages, Hotel bookings, Car Rental, Sightseeing
• Aggressive email and phone follow-up with the client
Education:-

• UG :B.Com in Any Specialization
• PG :M.Com in Any Specialization, CA in CA, First Attempt, Second Attempt
